| Extra Curricular Activities |
 Extra
curricular activities (like essay writing, quiz contest and elocution
competition, indoor and outdoor sports) play an important role in
the overall development of the students. Therefore such activities
should be the part of the educational program. KIT has provided facilities
for indoor as well as outdoor games. Regular cultural programs, quiz
contest, literary and elocution competition are held in the institute.
The institute also organizes district level inter high school elocution
competition every year to attract more and more students towards the
technical education. |
| Awareness Programs |
Under this programs inter high
school elocution competition were held at Ilam, Sarlahi and Sindhupalchowk
in the current academic session. Altogether 50 students of 20 high
school in these district participated in the competition. Certificate
along with cash prizes were awarded to seven competitors in each
district and travel expenses of the remaining participating students
were reimbursed by the institute. |
